A survey results found that tea drinkers are more likely to be extroverted, adventurous night owls.  A poll of 2,000 Americans examined the personality differences between people based on their first morning cup: coffee or tea. The study had over 75 percent of respondents drinking their first cup of coffee or tea before 8 a.m., people are looking to fuel their life on the go. The survey revealed that the average coffee drinker typically downs 3.4 cups a day, while tea fans sip through 2.7 cups. Love yourself - Celebrate Yourself

It’s not just how you treat yourself but also your thoughts and feelings about yourself. Try to imagine what you would do for yourself, how you’d talk to yourself, and how you’d feel about yourself that reflects love and concern. Have an overall positive view of yourself. By all this I don’t mean that you feel positive about yourself all the time. You can temporarily feel upset, angry, or disappointed with yourself and still love yourself. How do we measure success in life?

  Some of the most common measures of success are wealth, title, and happiness. It really depends on individual’s priorities and life stage what provides more satisfaction to them. In a nutshell, success is basically meeting your expectation or your goals. However, it does not always translate to happiness / fulfillment. How many times you set a material goal for yourself and after to achieve it, you feel like “so that’s it”? Most of the time you enjoy the process than the end result. I agree that it’s not easy to define success. Cognitive biases and external pressures get in the way of people realizing what they actually want in life. How to get clarity in your life?

We all have herds that “live the life on purpose” or knowing and following your life’s purpose will make you happy. While this is very true, most of us have no idea on what our life’s purpose is or even clarity on how to find it. There is no denial that one should always strive for it and should make this a goal for our developmental process. However, let’s discuss how we can bring meaning to our life in the meantime, by seeking clarity. By seeking clarity, I mean questioning ourselves in several areas of our life and make improvements.
